Your last party ?
We recently celebrated the Solid Steel 25th Anniversary in Bristol with Coldcut and DJ Food, alongside DJ Shadow and Benji B which was a great night. A big crowd that really enjoyed themselves to all the different music played that night.

Your favorite clubs and concert halls in Paris ?
I've had some great nights in Paris including the last time I played at La Bellevilloise, but I have a fond memory of playing at a Ninja Tune party at Le Batofar many years ago. It began in the afternoon with thousands outside and Roots Manuva MCing from the top of the boat, but only a few could get in later in the evening to what was an amazing party.

A bar and restaurant where you like to come when you are in Paris ?
Eating lovely food in good restaurants is one of the best things about DJing around the world, but I can never remember the name of them. I do know that eating has always been a good experience in Paris, along with the wine !

Your best concert this year ?
Bonobo at the Roundhouse in London was my favourite, although it was stopped by a fire alarm and evacuation, but it did manage to continue afterwards.

Your best party this year ?
Without doubt it was at the "Nice to Meet You" night in the French Pacific island of New Caledonia. It was a very long flight to get there, but worth it for spending 4 days in a beautiful country and playing to a lovely and enthusiastic crowd.

Your favorite festival ?
My best times at a festival have been at The Big Chill, which sadly is no longer running. Myself and DJ Food headlined the 6000 capacity tent, which had an incredible atmosphere all night.

You will be at La Bellevilloise on november 16th for the 25 years of Solid Steel, what will you play ?
It will be my usual mix of current favourite tracks along with plenty of classic records from the last 25 years.

Last record listened to ?
The Special Request album has been my favourite of recent weeks, taking classic jungle and Techno sounds, but giving them a modern twist to give his own take on it.

What machine do you use for your productions and live ?
I use Serato for my DJing along with Video-SL for when I do AV sets and have always used Apple computers.

Your news ?
It's been an exceptional year for Solid Steel with a lot of our favourite artists and DJ's putting mixes on the show and we still have a few surprises to go before the year is over.

A last word ?
Really looking forward to playing again at La Bellevilloise and pleased that we are having a Solid Steel 25th party in Paris, as I've had many great nights there over the years.
